So I’m getting my butt off the couch and I’m going to get so awesome at running that I can run 5k in a row without stopping. I know, I know, it’s impressive right? (BTW if you can run 10k without stopping you aren’t allowed to answer that). I am enjoying this process so much that I am actually considering moving on to the 5k to 10k program after I finish this one but let’s see how it goes first. I just might be getting ahead of myself (NEVER).
These pages are just to record my vital stats from run to run and give you a little update on what is happening. I use the Run Double app. It has a GPS so it tracks my distance and speed and I am totally in love with it. The stats keep me motivated. It even gives me a little stat update after each running interval which I LOVE as if I find my speed it dropping back then I know to pick it up a little if possible the next interval. It’s great fun and really interesting to track my progress.
FYI – I don’t include distance, pace etc of my 5 mins warm up and cool down. The stat are for my interval training only. Click on the relevant week below for all zee details…
